Dear Estates of Little Bear Owners,
Long-term street parking is on the rise and becoming an issue within Estates of Little Bear. The Board of Directors wants to remind all owners and residents that street parking is strictly prohibited and that the parking policy is being enforced.
Residents are required to utilize the garage and driveway for vehicle parking. There are no active street parking variances currently in effect, therefore any and all vehicles parked on the street, including cul-de-sacs, over night will be considered in violation.
